Support in a major Server consolidation project across the Nordics for Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte AB. This included implementation of one of the most advanced storage and server solutions existing today with setup of Network Appliance storage system and virtual machine server environment using the VMware solution. This included migration of all local data storage, local business applications and infrastructure services to the state of art solution in Stockholm.

Implementation of  the Telia OfficeExtention solution across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark Successfully managed the project with members from Telia, Bosch Siemens HG, and Siemens across 4 nordic countries

Developed and implemented procedures in handling Chinese tourists visiting Scandinavia. Analyzed requirements and defined a target business operation.
Managed the development of a new business area for the Cindy Travel Group.This included:
Defining key business processes and logistics in handling Chinese tourists from the Fujian province in China.
Visiting and assisting agreement discussions with regional government officials within the Fujian province in China (which covers a population of appr. 35 Million).
